– Sob sob … … , now I have come to know that this man is married and so his promise to marry me was a fraud and so the sex (18 times !!) was WITHOUT VALID consent and hence rape

– either this man has to marry me or be charged with rape

விருதுநகர் மாவட்டம் அருப்புக்கோட்டையை அடுத்த சொக்கலிங்காபுரத்தைச் சேர்ந்தவர் பால்ராஜ் (40). இவரது மனைவி கீதா (38). இதே ஊரைச் சேர்ந்த கருப்பசாமி (35) என்பவர் கீதாவுடன் கள்ளத் தொடர்பு வைத்திருந்ததாகக் கூறப்படுகிறது.

இதனை அறிந்த பால்ராஜ், கருப்பசாமியைக் கண்டித்துள்ளார். இதில் அடிக்கடி இவர்களுக்குள் வாக்குவாதம் எழுந்துள்ளது. இந்நிலையில் நேற்று இரவு தகராறு ஏற்படவே, கருப்பசாமி, பால்ராஜைக் கொலைசெய்துள்ளார்.

தகவல் அறிந்த அருப்புக்கோட்டை போலீஸார், கருப்பசாமியைக் கைது செய்து விசாரணை மேற்கொண்டனர்.

தர்மபுரி, பிடமனேரி, சென்னகிருஷ்ணசெட்டி பகுதியை சேர்ந்தவர் ஞானேஸ்வரி, 30. இவருக்கும், அதே பகுதியை சேர்ந்த அரசு பஸ் கண்டக்டர் குமார், 33, என்பவருக்கும் கடந்த ஏழு மாதங்களுக்கு முன் திருமணம் நடந்தது. திருமணமான நாள் முதல் கணவன், மனைவி இடையே குடும்ப பிரச்னை தொடர்பாக அடிக்கடி தகராறு ஏற்பட்டு வந்தது.

தர்மபுரி மகளிர் போலீஸில் ஞானேஸ்வரி புகார் கொடுத்தார். புகாரில், “திருமணத்தின் போது, எனக்கு என் பெற்றோர், 20 பவுன், 50 ஆயிரம் ரூபாய் ரொக்கம் வரதட்சணையாக கொடுத்தனர். திருமண நாள் முதல் கணவர் குடும்பத்தார் என்னை மிரட்டி தகராறு செய்து வருகின்றனர். எனது கணவர் என்னுடன் உடலுறவு வைத்துக் கொள்ளாமல் குடும்ப நடத்த மறுத்து வருகிறார். அவர் ஆண்மையற்றவர் என்பதை மறைத்து என்னை ஏமாற்றி கணவர் குடும்பத்தினர் திருமணம் செய்து கொடுத்துளளனர்.

இது தொடர்பாக எனது குடும்பத்தார் பஞ்சாயத்துக்கு சென்றபோது இதை வெளியில் சொல்லாமல் குடும்பம் நடத்துமாறு கூறி மிரட்டினர். எனது கணவர் குடும்பத்தார் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும்’ என தெரிவித்தார்.

போலீஸார் விசாரித்து, குமார், அவரது தாய் புஷ்பா ஆகியோரை கைது செய்தனர். தலைமறைவான நார்த்தனார் சாந்தலட்சுமி, அவரது கணவர் ஜெயக்குமார், குமாரின் தாய்மாமன் முருகேசன். அவரது மனைவி பூங்கொடி ஆகியோரை தேடி வருகின்றனர்.

மேற்கு அண்ணாநகரை சேர்ந்தவர் விஸ்வநாதன். சாப்ட்வேர் என்ஜினீயர்.

இவர் மீது கீழ்ப்பாக்கம் அனைத்து மகளிர் போலீஸ் நிலையத்தில் அவரது மனைவி வரதட்சணை கொடுமை புகார் அளித்து இருந்தார்.

இதுதொடர்பாக விஸ்வநாதனிடம் போலீசார் விசாரிக்க சென்றபோது தலைமறைவாகி விட்டார். அவர் ஜெர்மனி சென்று இருப்பது தெரிந்தது. இந்த நிலையில் நேற்று இரவு ஜெர்மனியில் இருந்து வந்த விமான பயணிகளிடம் குடியுரிமை அதிகாரிகள் சோதனை நடத்தினர்.

அப்போது வரதட்சணை கொடுமை வழக்கில் போலீசாரல் தேடப்பட்ட விஸ்வநாதன் இருப்பது தெரிந்தது. அவரை கைது செய்து கீழ்ப்பாக்கம் மகளிர் போலீசில் ஒப்படைத்தனர். அவரிடம் விசாரணை நடந்து வருகிறது.
