अनिता का आरोप है कि आरोपितों ने दहेज में 20 लाख रुपये की मांग को लेकर उन्हें प्रताड़ित किया और मारपीट की।
Lucknow. Anita Kumari has filed an FIR in different crimes including dowry harassment in the women’s police station against the chairman of UP SC-ST Commission and former DGP Brij Lal. Apart from Brij Lal, the report has also been filed against his son Apoorva Krishna, wife Saroj Prasad and daughter Sangeeta. Anita has alleged that the accused harassed them by demanding Rs 20 lakh in dowry and beat her up.
According to Anita, resident of H East Bastarpatpur Medical Road in Gorakhpur, the marriage was done on April 9, 2018, with son of Brijlal, resident of Lucknow sector resident Brijlal.
It is alleged that according to the demands of in-laws, their house had given cash, jewelery and household items in dowry. Brij Lal and his family were NOT satisfied by the dowry provided and hence the harassment to Antia
