Dear 498A Members,
just wanted to pass this information, if you’re in USA and are threatned by your in-laws for extradition based on 498A and INTERPOL RED CORNER NOTICE on YOU, wish those buggers good luck and move ahead with your life. DO NOT GIVE UP , DO NOT GIVE IN to their demands of dollars extortion, do not let any body take away your hard-earned money.
As long as you got BAIL for your parents in india you’re all set for now…have a chilled BEER and relaxed BUT STAY FAR AWAY FROM INDIA and all international travels as RED CORNER NOTICE is out there for you.
For extradition US laws says: “for a crime to be extraditable, the conduct alleged must be criminal under the laws of both the requested and requesting countries”.
in USA divorceed is considered under family law , its not considered as criminal offense. so dont worry and dont give up ..dont let that in-laws buggers harass you for $$$ extortion.

Ask your lawyer to file counter cases against inlaws in india and make their lifes misserables:
1. defamation
2. 420 cases (more info at http://www.498a.org)
3. ask your lawyer to go for Quash 498A in high court
4. Ask your lawyer to request speedy trial in high court

Dear 498A members,
What you should do in USA (if you’re an NRI or USA Citizen or on H1) and your inlaws filed 498A
and INTERPOL RED CORNER NOTICE is issued on for you.
1. Hire a family lawyer in USA
2. Get divorceed from your local county/family court, the court will notify your wife to come to USA and contest for divorcee, definately she will not show up so court will issue you divorceed decree
3. Educate yourself at http://www.498a.org (read for how to get RED CORNER NOTICE REMOVED)
4. Contact state department (at washington DC)and brief them and ask for their HELP
5. If your wife has taken your kids to India IMMEDIATELY contact state department at: http://travel.state.gov/family/abduction/prevention/prevention_560.html

6. File report with your local law enforcemnet about your child abduction
7. CALL FBI and report to them, Under fedral law removing child from USA is parental kiddnapping, file charges on her.
