Even though the High court acquitted the husband, the Supreme court convicts him !!
Transfer divorce case to same place as 498a !!
Comments : Even when a Transfer Petition is made AFTER 498a by the 498a woman the court tries reconciliation !! If no reconciliation is possible the court orders tranfer of case !!
